8.2/10 Very good! (602 reviews)
The location and view are excellent. It is in the middle of the entertainment district to very close to everything. Given that that view is important I would have appreciated having the windows cleaned. There is a deck along the entire front window so it would be easy to do. The bathroom shower could use a refresh but the rest of the apartment is in good condition. The bed is small, but comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. NB the ad says pet friendly but there is a charge of $1000 per night. We didn’t have pets this time but sometimes we will bring one. This is just offensive so please just say no pets.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (4,590 reviews)
We had a great stay at the Riu Plaza Toronto and would definitely stay here again!
The location was perfect for our trip. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower, which was especially convenient for going to a Blue Jays game. It’s also roughly a 20-minute walk from Union Station, making it easy to get around downtown Toronto.
The hotel has a lovely entrance and lobby, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was sparkling clean, modern, and very comfortable. The only thing we found a little odd was the room layout. The TV was positioned in the middle of the room at the end of the bed, with the sofa behind it, which made the setup feel somewhat unusual.
The bed was very comfortable, although there was only one pillow per person and the pillows were quite soft. I would definitely recommend asking for extra pillows if you prefer more support.
The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and was one of the highlights of our stay. The selection was extensive, with multiple types of scrambled eggs, bacon, several varieties of sausage, home fries with peppers and onions, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and much more. There was something for everyone, and the quality and variety were excellent.
While the hotel was on the pricey side, for a downtown Toronto hotel, the price seemed comparable to other options in the area. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return to the Riu Plaza Toronto.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (789 reviews)
I brought my son to Toronto to watch the Yankees beat the Jays as a middle school graduation present. Unfortunately for us we did not see the Yankees win but the hotel was a huge win for us! Upon entering you are greeted by friendly staff and a relaxing aroma that really set the tone for our entire stay. Our room was wonderful. The older I get the less I handle traveling well because I find rooms to be dirty & very uncomfortable, I am the person who will typically clean the room myself upon arrival and I always stay at 4+ star hotels. As soon as I entered the room, everything just felt, looked & smelled clean. I had zero urge to clean (except the remote, which is a habit I will keep). The bed and pillows not only looked inviting, they were! Not too hard, not too soft for my aging body! There were eco-friendly elements everywhere, different woods sourced locally and the water on the entire property was filtered! Room service was very accommodating, one night we did not realize the time and ordered 3 minutes before closing. The gentleman was so kind, got our order to us and even remembered us the next time we ordered! Amazing! So many little things made this property worth every penny but I think what made it even more special was the little note and special treat they left for my son, congratulating him on his graduation! In this world today who does that?! They do! Highly recommend

"Overall, is a fairly good place to stay as it has a great location just off the highway and just outside of Orangeville. On a good weather day, you could potentially walk into the main part of Orangeville. It has a nice heated saltwater pool, although the hot tub chats were not working, which was ..."
